Do you offer same-day or next-day auto detailing?
Yes! In lieu of an appointment, we can often provide same-day detailing on a “first come, first served” basis. However, online bookings take priority and drive-up service is not guaranteed.
How long does auto detailing take?
Service time depends on your package and vehicle condition:

How often should I get my car detailed?
If you drive frequently, transport passengers, or park outside, we recommend a basic exterior and interior detailing once a week to remove allergens and other damaging contaminants. Seasonal premium services such as waxing and shampooing are highly recommended every 3–4 months to protect your investment and keep your car looking like new.
What’s the difference between a car wash and a detail?
A standard car wash cleans surface dirt, but auto detailing restores, protects, and preserves your car’s interior and exterior — often making it look better than new.
Do you detail motorcycles, RVs, and boats?

What happens if it rains on my detailing appointment day?
We can work around light rain in our covered bays. For heavy weather, we’ll gladly reschedule your appointment at no extra charge.
RAIN POLICY: After rain, sleet or snow, we guarantee to keep your ride beamed up! Our Rain Policy allows you to receive a free exterior re-wash if wet weather occurs within 24 hours of your visit. Simply, return your vehicle within the next 24 hours, or the next dry day, and New Genesis will put your ride back in stride!
Can I wait while my car is being detailed?
Yes. For services that include interior cleaning, you’re welcome to wait in our outdoor waiting area. For exterior-only services, you may remain in your vehicle while we work. Alternatively, you can drop off your vehicle, and we’ll call you when it’s ready.
