Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. No-Call, No-Show: Repeat failure to arrive for your appointments without prior notice (no-call, no-show) may result in the loss of future requests for appointments. Grace Period: We provide a 5-minute grace period from the scheduled appointment time. After this time, the appointment slot will be considered lost, and made available to the next waiting customer. By booking an appointment with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
