Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. No-Call, No-Show: Repeat failure to arrive for your appointments without prior notice (no-call, no-show) may result in the loss of future requests for appointments. Grace Period: We provide a 5-minute grace period from the scheduled appointment time. After this time, the appointment slot will be considered lost, and made available to the next waiting customer.
